Delete account & data

Use this page for App Store / Play Console / Meta “data deletion” requirements. Last updated: 16 October 2026.

Delete from the CloudChain app (recommended)

1. Open CloudChain and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account (or the equivalent account deletion control).
4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

This requests removal of your CloudChain account on our servers and signs you out of the App.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email se.m.haddi@gmail.com with subject CloudChain account deletion request and include:

• The email address on your CloudChain account
• Your username (if you remember it)
• The social login provider you used (Google / Apple / Facebook / email), if any

We will verify ownership and process deletion. Typical completion is within 30 days (often sooner).

What we delete

• Profile and account identifiers tied to CloudChain
• Mining / rewards account records associated with that user
• App-related personal data we control, except where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution

What may remain

• Limited logs or backups for a short period until rotated
• Aggregated / anonymized analytics that no longer identify you
• Records we must keep for legal or security reasons

Social login providers

Deleting your CloudChain account does not automatically delete your Google, Apple, or Facebook account. Manage those accounts with the respective provider. For Facebook apps, you may also remove CloudChain under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
